Sure it is, but I have said repeatedly on this forum that the United States will be comprised of thousands of little enclaves of Freedom and Resistance. Take a look at the current County Map of New Mexico. The Counties in Green are Second Amendment Sanctuary Counties, where the County Commissions and Sheriffs have defied State government plans for greater gun control. My ranch borders Harding County.
