Rented a few guns at the range

My favorite out of the group was definately the 300BLK suppressed subsonic. Thing felt like a nail gun. Had some trouble with the Kriss manual of arms, but I had never touched the gun before. Sig 716 was a hoot shooting in the indoor range.

oooohhhhh,
I wasnt aware they allowed rifles indoors, I’ll have to shoot my suppressed SBR 300blk over there some.

how deep is their range ?

Nice videos, BTW…

25 yards is their max range. Yea you can shoot rifle there, get to scare the people shooting pistol

Nice place, met The Gunny there. Haven’t shot on the range though. Do they keep it pretty squared away? I saw too many idiots at Spring Guns and Ammo to return to their range.

you mean besides the employees?

the babes there are worth a look see though

the owner of tactical recently put his foot in his mouth speaking out against online ammo

yea I havent had any issues there with other shooters or the ROs. The ROs there keep the lanes clean frequently sweeping the brass away. Employees were nice for the whole rental process.

The owner of the range posted a clarification of his position on the stores website

see page 2 of the link i provided, there’s a recording of the interview in question.
the dudes backpedaling

but this aint a thread bashing a dealer who’s a closet anti.
i’m sure you had a good time:D

What are your thoughts on the KRISS, especially on the recoil system?

Awesome!

I’d love to get my hands on a ‘real’ Kriss like that. I got to shoot one of the Vector carbine clones a while back and it was epicly awesome. I swear, aside from the MP5, it’s the only gun I’ve ever shot that I felt I could outshoot one of the instructors here with. With the Eotech @ 25 yds, once I figured out the operation, you literally could not miss making headshots every time. I kid you not.

The range I go to for rentals has a .50 Eagle. I have not yet summoned the courage to try it…:fie:

Im a lighter guy so I wont be able to dampen recoil as much as some of the bigger guys. The Kriss to me had a little muzzle rise. I shot an MP5 a while back in Vegas and the recoil felt similar. I would be more interested in a Kriss in 9mm than 45. I feel a 300BLK SBR setup would be superior to a Kriss. That 300 BLK subsonic suppressed had less recoil than the Kriss, it almost felt like shooting a .22LR

Dont be shy try out the Deagle, first shot caught me off guard and I had to tighten up my arms and shoulders more. Its freaking heavy tho with a huge grip, hard to get your mitts around it.

Yup, I watched your MP5 video and it looked like the recoil was similar between the 2. I wonder how much difference there is in recoil between the KRISS and the HK USC/UMP-45.

I would be more interested in a Kriss in 9mm than 45.

Why?

Thanks for your feedback.

Ive standardized all my pistols around 9mm. I just prefer that round, would be more controllable too
