It’s more than likely salvageable. As you found out CMMG taper pins are WAY soft. This is why when I use them I replace the pins with either Colt or DPMS taper pins. It’s pretty hard to bend a barrel but if the FSB is that dicked up I could mill it down to fit under a rail or FF tube.
