Can one remove and re-install the trigger/sear pin and the hammer pin in the same lower multiple times without causing some damage to the holes in the lower?
Also, if replacing a sear, for example, would one use the same pin or use a new pin?
If you are not ham-handed about it, yes.
As to replacing the pin - if it is an after market trigger group, I would use the supplied pins.
Sure, the pins are not disposable like roll pins are.
Using proper technique, it should take very little force to remove and re-install the pins.
This will not damage the lower unless poor technique is used and misaligned pins are hammered in.
Agreed–very little force is needed to install/re-install pins. Manipulate the trigger group by hand to make for more/less tension. Unless you’re hammering them in, there’s no reason you couldn’t remove/re-install those things a hundred times without damage.

A Geissele slave pin makes the trigger/disco a lot easier and I use a polished punch as a slave pin for the hammer. Makes life easy.
Don’t use a hammer to smash the pins in.
A hard anodized lower should be pretty durable. If you built from an 80% and then used some sort of paint I wouldn’t trust it as much.
Holes and lowers are damaged by people plowing into them with hammers and punches. It’s all about technique. I generally use a Glock punch to push the pins out. Rocking the hammer back and forth helps when pushing the hammer pin out.

The KNS hammer cage is also handy for installing/removing the hammer.
Yeah, I just use an extra hammer/trigger pin the line up the both sides…
