Remington 700sps build

Recently purchased a Remington 700sps tactical (thanks tax man), Nightforce optic and Manners T2A stock. Would like to have the barrel threaded and the stock hydrodipped - would prefer to do this all through one person as well as have them transplant the action to the new stock.

I had posted a thread a while back about hydrodipping and got some good leads - any thoughts on who might be able to do all of this and their website / contact info?

Wisconsin would be ideal, but I am willing to ship to a reputable business entity

You may have already done so, but confirm the barrel shoots sub MOA before dumping money into it. 1 in 5 Remmy barrels suck. Just my .02

GA Precision comes to mind, but, last I heard they’re backlogged something fierce. Accurate Ordnance does really great work, but, I don’t think they Hydro Dip though, (I could be wrong).
