I was looking at trueblue’s website for loading data and they did not have any numbers for a 124gr plated/jacketed bullet but they did have one published for a 125gr bullet which was 5.4gr. I am thinking it would be safe to use 5.4gr or 5.3gr of powder with a 124gr plated bullet? thoughts or advice? or anyone who has loaded with trueblue before.

Is the 5.4 grain loading for a plated bullet of a jacketed one? Just a quick rule of thumb is to reduce by 10% and treat the plated bullets like lead. I’ve never used true blue but that’s I load my Berrys Bullets and I’ve never had any problems with that.
The loading was for a jacketed bullet. I ended loading 5.2gr and it worked perfect.
Good to go man! FWIW my load for 124gr berrys is 4.1 grains of Titegroup. It’s pretty clean and not very smokey as well.
