Reflex vs RMR for AR

which would be a better setup for a ar? the rmr seems tiny but I wasnt sure.

any feedback?

no feedback?

The fiber optic/tritium RMR has better illumination vs. the Reflex (in my opinion based on personal use). Although the RMR has a tinted lense, it doesn’t appear as dark as the Reflex. The FOV is what you make it. Using the RMR, Reflex, or Aimpoint, I see the target with a dot on it and do not see the frame of the optic. Between the RMR and Reflex (based on Trijicon Reflex offerings today) I would choose the RMR. ADM now manufactuers a SOCOM height mount for the RMR.

I have a reflex RX30-23 and it is simply awesome, huge FOV, quick detatch, rugged as hell. It is heavy though, so if you’re going for a lightweight build, you might want the RMR.
here’s my reflex:

+1 RMR

I have the RMR on top of my Acog and for this setup it’s perfect! but I’m not sure I would want it as my full time optic I would go with the Reflex as your right the RMR is small.

RMR, no contest, way brighter.
