Redi-Mod question

Does the current redi-mod have the bolt catch button or is it deleted now since both versions of the boonie packer redi-mag mk1 version seems to have been dropped now?

The reason I am asking is I would like to use the redi-mod with boonie-packer redi catch.

Bump?

I assume it has not changed.

Try emailing BFG? I’m curious as well. I have one of the new BP RM without the button.

FWIW, I don’t see any reason the redi catch wouldn’t work with the “old” version, but I don’t have them both in front of me at the moment.

I did take a bunch of pictures over the weekend of the three versions of the RM I have but I have to process them still, and I want to take some pics of them mounted and with the BAD, Redicatch, Tactical Link, etc.

Sorry I missed this the first go around. We will transition to the newer version when our inventory of the exisiting Redi-Mods is depleted. Our current Redi-Mods do have the bolt catch button. As I understand it, Boonie Packer made the change to accomodate the new plastic Bolt Catch Extension (BCE) which will be included with our new Redi-Mods when they start coming off the line.

I hope this was helpful.

Thank you both steven and rob yes you two are correct the older version will work with the redi-mag bolt catch my fault got my info crossed up with the comp bolt release which says will only work with the MK1. I am happy to hear that BFG will be releasing a MK1 version of the redi-mod in the future which will be compatible with the boonie comp mag release & boonie bolt catch
Any Idea when I might be expecting to see the BFG MK1 REDI-MOD.
