Is the Redi-mag compatible with the Lancer L5 mags? Thanks!
I tried with my setup a few weeks ago, the mag likes to drop free from the redimag whenever it wants.
What was funny is that I kept asking him why he was hitting the release button during the drill we were running and he said he wasn’t. I of course thought he was lying. 
I think the reason why the Lancer mags do not run with the redi-mag is because of the fact that the side walls of the mag bow in more than any othe mag. The redi-mag looses contact with the mag catch slot on the lancer and it drops free. “SUPRISE!”

Yep. Those lancer mag bodies are quite flexible compared to Pmag or USGI.
Just maybe the Redi-Mags latch is faulty.:rolleyes:
We noticed that as well. It doesn’t make them bad, it just adds something into the equation.
If you are one of the ones that are having problems with Lancer System L5 Mags falling out of your Redi-Mags. Just maybe the Golds Gym FastMag is the answer. And yes it also will fit the Magpul P-Mags.
