recommend me a fat loss thermogenic supplement

In my experience, getting rid of the first chunk of fat isn’t too hard, its the last little bit that takes a lot of effort.

Last part is harder. Not sure if that’s the body’s natural survival mechanism or what.

Pills aren’t going to make you lose real weight. Maybe some water, but once you go off of it, you just gain it back anyway. Same deal with people going to keto diets and that initial 10ish pounds of weight loss.

Pills are good for extreme deficits. Eating way less means you have way less energy. These can give you the energy to go to the gym. Redline and the EC stack work well for this.

But of course no one wants to change their lifestyle choices…

Spot on. Too many people want a pill to fix something that should be fixable with impulse control and self-discipline.

_wwwwwwww

Lol, I should have said that. My TDEE is around 2500 and I’m currently cycling my calories weight training 4 days a week with a push/ pull/ legs routine an additional day for auxiliary exercises.

On days are 2150 cal, 160g protein, ~200g carbs, ~70g fat.

Off days are 1750 cal, 180g protein, ~70g carbs, ~70g fat

I am doing intermittent fcasting and only eating two meals per day.

You guys don’t think I can drop 30 pounds in 2.5 Months?

How are you running your IF?

Basic rule is to shoot for 1-2lbs per week to preserve LBM. Check actual BF% vs weight.

60/40 split of calories between both meals with equal protein in each meal with equal protein and lots of carbs post workout.

How long are you fasting?

I posted this earlier but redacted it. The only way I see to reach your goal is with the use of DNP. All the people saying thermo genics dont work, dont know about DNP. I would only expect a few people here to know what it is. The bottom line is that you have been given the best advice, but if your really looking for a thermogenic that works DNP is it. You wont find this at any GNC. There is also albuterol/clenbuterol, but these are best used for getting rid of the last couple pounds.

You could also look into t3 or t4. They play a role in metabolism, body temperature, and heart rate. They are generally used in conjunction with hgh or AAS. These may be a little more than your looking for, but if interested do your research. These product can be used safely, but the onus is on you to use them safely. None of these can be found at any place lime GNC, and all of them have varying degrees of risk involved.

I need to clarify. The goal is reachable with just hard work, but in a condensed time period some chemical help may be needed. I have seen people drop over 20lbs in around 3-4 weeks with dnp.

To each his own and if someone uses DNP that is on them. DNP is way too scary(as far as possible side effects) for me to ever recommend to anyone.

Self-discipline, impulse control, and PATIENCE are the keys here; not a pill.

I agree with you but I know quite a few people willing to use it. There are lots of things I will not use, that others have no problems using. I just put it out there as an option. I have used t3, t4, clenbuterol, and albuterol with great success. Thats why I added other options and didn’t just put DNP in my post. I also dont know where others draw the line. Thats why I stated take the time and research the products before use.

As far as I know - none of the meds/chemicals mentioned so far, are by themselves illegal; but not too far down the street from mixing floor stripper and drain cleaner together, then drinking it.

If this thread crosses over, it will be locked and deleted.

clenbuterol is not legal without a script, and recommending t3 or t4 and DNP is very border line (I forget what the schedule is for each) but the combination of them (and this is my lane…) is one mother of a bad idea from a health perspective. My old buddy Dan Duchaine, who brought DNP back into the light as a fat loss agent and I would argue about that one. I called it “dieting by bug spray” because it has been used for that use. It has a low LD/50 and the user can go south real fast taking advice over the net…Yes, under the super vision of someone who really knows what he’s doing, the risks of those compounds can be minimized, but recommending them on a forum as something to “look into” to drop some weight is FUBAR.

Are you serious or trolling? If the former, that’s some very irresponsible advice you’re giving out and legality questionable and dangerous bro science at best. If the former, this aint bb.com

I had never heard of DNP before.

Wow.

DNP? Yikes! That stuff has been disapproved for human consumption since the late 1930’s! It has the potential to be Russian Roulette with a semi-auto pistol!

Eat grapefruit, consume lots of green tea, drink water like it was going out of style, cut sugar out of your diet, and only eat healthy carbs in low quantities. Also, focus mainly on calisthenics instead of weights. No supplements needed. You’re welcome.

DNP strikes me as about as smart as suggesting a scalpel and shop vac to do home lyposuction.

Hard work and good food will get 99% of the world into great shape. Shape that is better than needed for someone that isn’t doing HSLD work or a fitness model/body builder.

I’ve read a few things on L-Carnitine being quite helpful for fat loss. You may want to look into that.

Another option… Don’t eat for a 24 hour cycle on Monday and repeat on Thursday.
