Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with BLue Force Gear’s Readi-Mag?

If you require a magazine attached to the rifle, and you are willing to put the time/energy into practicing with it, its the “best” thing going.

They are the BEST version of the Redi-Mag.

I have been wanting to ask a question about these, what is the wieght saving of the redimod over the non modified? And is it worth the extra money? Thanks

I read the percentage, what I mean is how much wieght as in ounces are taken off.

Our Redi Mod shaves a little over 2 ounces off the weight. We also polish and dehorn all the parts and replace the internals with premium components. In addition, the beveled cut on the body of the Redi Mod offers the user a much better view of the magazine well (potentially important during magazine changes and malfunction clearance).

In hindsight, these are the reasons I like mine. I bought it because of the weight, I kept it because of the above.
