Wow. He is the last person I would have thought who would do something like this. 
A friend of mine used to tell me the City Council here was like a half-way house to prison. Then after they get out their careers really take off.

How could a man with such gifted intelligence, financial prudence and sterling track record fall so low? Shocked!
Spent 4 yrs. in NOLA. One cannot begin to imagine how corrupt it is unless have lived there. What a shithole. We couldn’t wait to move. There during Katrina. Actually was better for short period after. Then same 'ol, same 'ol. Nagin was, and is, a piece of trash.
