Not sure if this is the right place to post this but,…

I just wanted to share a positive experience that I just had with Rainier Arms. I got bitten by the Daniel Defense bug and started shopping around for parts. On Tuesday I found a 16” mid-length barrel at Rainier and their site showed that it was in stock. John took my call(3pm their time) and answered all of the questions that I had. A few minutes after placing the order for the barrel and upper I received a few e-mails stating that my order had been processed and that I would get an e-mail when my order was shipped.

Wednesday rolled around and still no e-mail. Thursday was the same. Around 5pm (their time) I remembered to call them to check on the status of my order. John once again answered the phone and looked into it for me. After he pulled the order up he told me that my parts had been delivered at 11:30am Thursday. The only thing I could say was “to my house?!?”. He said yes, that good ‘ol USPS had dropped them off that morning.

Sure enough, when I got home that night the box was in the kitchen and I was one happy camper! Less than two days from the west coast to the east coast is just fantastic. All to often we only hear about a company when they drop the ball on something so I thought I would let you guys know what a great job they did for me. The fact that they answer the phone and run such a tight ship has made me a customer for life!

please allow me to give them a plug also, as they deserve it. everytime i’ve ordered something from them, it’s here in mississippi in 3-4 days. those guys all wear white hats.

Rainier are good guys! John has helped me a few times with graphic images etc plus has always been more than above board in business dealings

their “notify me” option works very well also. Thumbs up for Rainier Arms!

I have made a few purchases from them and always had a good experience.

I ordered some lowers from them and placed the order with my phone while standing at the dealer when they faxed their FFL. I had a shipping confirmation with tracking number before I got home.

Ordered a barrel with pinned gas block, ~$30 to have them do it, and it shipped the same day.

I placed two orders from them last year during the craze. While other companies customer service went south, they continued to do an excellent job.

Rainier Arms are good people and local to me (which stinks since I have to pay 10% state tax). Although they don’t have a retail store they welcome walk ins and are friendly.

I ordered from Rainier Arms 3 or 4 times and they were top notch!
