Rails

I looked into the search and I didn’t find a specific thread about it (as far as I know) if it has been I apologize, but I’m looking forward to more specific information.

I would like to make this thread about the lightest rails you can recommend and valuable price for a 6920 that would just simply fit… And that can be able to at least attach a light and a vertical grip. Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Example:
OMEGA X RAIL 7.0, CARBINE -Weight 9.5 Ounces - 7.21" - $295.00

Everybody is welcome!

This may help you:

Daniel Defense Lite Rail, or a Troy Alpha. But if you’re already going to be in the $300 range, go DD.

:stuck_out_tongue: Trust me when I say I am a little bit cheap but looking for the best quality low price can have as at the same making as lightest as possible LOL!

Don’t get me wrong thought, If I have to cough up extra for best quality then I would, I just wanted to see opinions from the experts as to lightest, excellent on price and can fit without no problem.

Are you looking for free float rails or non free float?

I have to second the dd lite if its in your price range…we used one on my wifes build and its super light for what you get.

sent from my overcompensation tool known as the galaxy note

I have read free floaters are a lil bit better, So I’ll go with that one.

BTW anybody knows the size of the rails that comes with the stock 6920 from Grant?

Knight’s RAS.

$150 on the EE.

Thank you for your opinion. If the wifey liked it, I guess I should love it!

He wants a drop-in rail.

Best (lightest, freefloat, etc) - DD Omega 7"

Probably the best quality/cost value- Knight’s RAS.

DD at 7" at $312
Troy Bravo at $159

DD weighs 9oz
Troy weighs, idk, as they don’t list it on their sight, but they aren’t heavy by any means.

I just got a ras. After I sold off the vfg im into it for $175

Thank you sir! Very detailed and with website links.

Do you mind sharing the link? Thank You.

I, too, recommend the RAS. Great setup and easy to put on.

Drop in rails are not free float. I have a Troy drop in rail on my LMT carbine and it is excellent. $149 and 8.5 oz.

DD omega. Easy on, good to go quick. I put mine on in my truck, and I’m still using it.

Centurion Arms 7" C4 Rail is about 8.6 oz.
