My physic’s lab was cancelled Monday so I went to the range. I happened to have 5 rounds of several different brands of M855 to chrono.
I think I may have 5-10 rounds of XM855 to chrono, but I dont have any other M855 brands to compare.
Not to be nit pick and appreciate the info. But, unless it is U.S made ammunition it really isn’t M855. M855 means that it has undergone testing and approval as such. Those would be M855 clones or SS109 loadings.

Israeli IMI M855 ammo is the real deal and NOT made in the USA.
Here is some M855 and SS109 chrono data from several ARs at various temps for comparison.
