Questions about building a .450 Bushmaster

I have a stripped Billet Lower , and I want to build a .450 Bushmaster . If I go with an 18" barrel on my upper , than can I still use a carbine buffer tube , spring , and buffer ? Will I be able to use an adjustable carbine stock , like a magpul UBR ? Does the 18" barrel give you any big advantage over the 16" barrel.
