What exactly was the gist of “Operation Scarlet Letter” in Bath County, VA?
I saw a blurb about how the VCDL worked to defeat it on their website, but I haven’t been able to find an explanation of what it was and I’m really curious.
I have no idea but email PVC and ask him. Maybe he needs to send out an email to get everyone up to speed?
