Question on LaRue T-1 Offset Mount

I have a TA33-H (3x30) ACOG. I was thinking about trying the Micro T-1 offset combo with this LaRue LT724 mount (top mounted 1o clock offset mount)

I already run Surefire Scout lights mounted in the 1’oclock position in GearSector offset mounts with SR07 swtiches at the 12 o’clock.

Will this combo work? Or will the offset light position interfere with the Aimpoints field of view?

It’ll be fine as long as the T-1 is towards the rear of the gun, either right behind or right in fron tof your ACOG. If you put it right behind the light then you’re gonna have a problem. Either way it’ll act like mounting it behind a FSB, it’ll disappear when your focus is two-eyes on the target.

Cool thanks, yea it will be mounted just in front of the ACOG if not under the front of it.

That is one of the reasons I went with the LaRue mount instead of the DD mount which only lets you put it on the 3 o clock rail which would be significantly farther forward on my NSR rail.

My old setup (cog+t1 offset) was like this and I had a DD 45 degree mount with a tlr1s on it.

No issues, good and fast setup. Slightly heavier than I liked, but did the job.

this combo 1st made for the Marines & a 4x acog, it works

I run this setup but a 952v in the 3 o’clock. It’s nice.

Its a tits setup with a TA33. The offset mount hides under the compact acog, and they become essentially side by side.

cool thanks for the pics!

Not to hijack the thread, but does anyone here happen to know if a DBAL or PEQ-15 IR laser mounted on the 12-o-clock rail would obstruct the view of an Aimpoint T1 mounted in the Larue offset mount?

Both of them work fine.

Awesome…Thanks so much for the pictures CF!!!
