I am considering swapping from glocks to CZ. I heard that you run some and I had a couple questions. First- for carry, which model would you recomend? Decocker or safety?
Also, do you believe hammer down or cocked and locked is the way to go for concealed carry? ( I carry AIWB with a g19 now).
One more, how is the longetivity of CZs? I have heard they require a lot of maintenance and replacing broken parts every few thousand rounds.
I am looking at a compact with a safety, or p-01 as a carry gun. Weight doesn’t bother me, I’m mainly wanting a reliable weapon with a nice trigger. I will either be sending it to CZ Custom, or buying one already customized models from cz custom. I hear good things about their custom shop. Kinda leaning towards carrying hammer down since the gun will be pointed at my manhood. And the safety sure looks small…doesn’t look as easy to flip off as a 1911. Thanks,
