I have a waist size of 36". I have read conflicting reports on whether I should get a L or an XL. According to the sizing charts I should get a L but I have read a few people say that it may be too small. Could you please assist me with advice/real life experiences regarding the sizing so that I may make the correct purchase?

I use a Large but the XL with a Large belt might get you more Molle space up front. I went with Large Large because I go from 33-35 inch waist depending on when Christmas rolls around.
I have a 36" waist and wear 38" pants for IWC. I went with a XL based on a discussion I had with someone from ATS and that’s what they recommended.
