Question about L-Arginine

I have used multiple nitric oxide pre-workout stimulants and I am trying to get away from the more expensive supplements containing many different fillers that I do not want in my body now that I know what they are.

L-Arginine seems like it would be a good alternative b/c it is the precursor to nitric oxide. I was wondering if anyone here had experience with this before I try.

Thanks.

Well, I am going to try it and report back in a couple of days.

L-Arginine does quite a lot. It promotes Hgh production, improves healing, and is a vasodilator. It is used clinically to promote healing in burn patients. Try about 3gm 30min prior to working out or if you have a very long work out (2 hours or more) take it at the start. Then take another 3gm at the end of your workout.

The entire “NO” category of supps = waste of $$$. As far as a good make at home pre workout formula, and additional discussions:

Good luck.
