I’m planning on taking my SBR out of state to a range to do some night shooting. I know I need to fill out the 5320-20 form but have a question. I went to http://test.titleii.com/5320-20.html to make completing the form easier. My question is for item 1 where it asks for my name. Do I put my name, or since the SBR is on a trust, do I put the name of the trust?
Also, who is now the manufacturer…the trust, or LMT?

I just checked two of my approved 5320s for my two SBRs and in in both cases I put my Trust’s official name in item 1 as indicated in my Form 1’s Item 3b.
For the Manufacturer (Item 4), I put the original manufacturer (ie: Rock River Arms, Bushmaster, Colt, etc.) as indicated in Item 4a of both Form 1s.
