This one was over cops beating a dumbass who had surrendered.
The cops’ attorney keeps wanting the judges to ignore the video and go with the officers’ claims that are very much countered by video.
A very interesting point is after one cops’ attorney claims nothing wrong happened(while saying this was QI worthy) the bald judge points out that the only way QI can be granted is when rights have been violated.
