QRP2 + gooseneck compatibility?

Will the QRP2 with spacer removed work on the Aimpoint gooseneck carry handle mount like the original QRP?

After getting a new PRO, it appears the QRP2 setup sits too high for use with the A2 sights so I ended up with a used QRP mount which works of course.
