Was curious if anybody makes a swivel that will attach to a QD socket (in my ALG EMR) but will maybe be designed in such a way or incorporate some kind of screw that keeps it from moving at all?
Does something like this even exist?

Is the ALG cup (socket) not anti-rotate? Anti-rotate will jiggle a little but the swivel won’t rotate. The Grovtec swivel you linked to is different in that you pull the knurled piece up to release rather than push a button down. The cup is what prevents rotation not the swivel.
ALG is limited rotation yes, but I want totally immobile.

The Sig Sauer low profile QD sockets are fixed position.
I’m curious how the Knights locks the rotation. Looking at the picture the post still has the rollers that allow the swivel to rotate but the set screw replaces the push button.
Unless the set screw pushes the rollers out enough to lock.

The “screw” is actually a flared part that blocks the QD rollers in the outward position when engaged.
