PRO VS Comp M2

I remember seeing that, but the PRO doesn’t appear to be a casting or flat sheet rolled over and welded and I really can’t imagine Aimpoint machining PRO’s out of an aluminum block so really not sure what it can be other than an extrusion.

Just about everything in the specs are identical and I seem to recall the 6 of 10 and 7 of 10 along with 30k and 50k bouncing around in both listings when they were on the market simultaneously.

The main difference I see between the PROs that I own from the older, pre CompM4 dots that I have been issued is that my PROs are less beat up. While I believe the CompM4 is superior, the PRO is no slouch.

Perhaps it will help us with context if you elaborate on what you are doing to find the limits of your Aimpoints.

Thoroughbred Armament just listed some Comp M2 surplus used Aimpoints for $375.
These should be $100 cheaper if not for the cloner fags.

The PRO, a $275 value in my opinion, now goes for over $500. So annoying.
