Order went out from North Carolina yesterday. It arrived at Jacksonville Last night at 19:52. When I checked USPS web site. I said I’ll receive it today. WRONG!!! arrived at my local Post office 0:907. I’ll see it to morrow. it does not take 12 hours to go from Jacksonville too where I am. Unless you work for the government it does. So much for priority mail.
Would have been the exact same situation if you got a similar rate FedEx or UPS package.
I can drive from down here up too Maine in that time.
As much as it sucks to consider, it is 2-3 day delivery, be thankful they can generally get that right, despite their un-optimized process.

i’ve gotten to the point where i won’t do business with a company that doesn’t use USPS. i hate our federal government as much as the next guy, but they’re simply, bar-none, the fastest, easiest, cheapest, most reliable postal service in America.
FUCK ups. 10 days to send a package from Ohio to Oregon? life moves faster than that, nowadays, and USPS PM would have had it here in two.
i was about to order a bunch of parts from DSG Arms- guys i used to order a lot from. until i got to the checkout section and saw it’d cost me $15 to ship my order of parts that weigh, together, not more than a quarter pound, and have it take almost two weeks to get it.
guess that’s why i stopped ordering from DSG to begin with.
who’s got another known-parts supplier that uses USPS? i’m in the market

I also like USPS priority mail. I’m pretty sure its an option at Rainier. Depends on the size of what you order
rainier and bravo both use USPS… but neither sell individual small parts.
My bad, I guess I’m just not sure what small parts you’re looking for exactly.
springs, detents, etc. not looking for complete LPKs
For small items, I send them via USPS First Class Parcel as it is less money and just as fast if not faster than Priority Mail.
