This is a new (no longer in box) JP Industries 15" extended rifle length handguard. This was originally going to go on a precision build of mine until I had to cancel the whole build. I no longer have the packaging for it but it has been in my safe for 2 months or so, it has NEVER been on a weapon. I will include the handguard and a small rail piece that I purchased with it at the time. I do not have a paypal account so payment via money orders or certified check.
