Pressure pad mounting

I want to attach two pressure pads to the either side of my mag well. I don’t want it to be permanent, just not come off with normal usage. If they were going on the handguard I would use inner tube strips but I want the pads closer to where I place my hands.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks

velcro strips - you can find the stuff at walmart and such .
