Presidential Thread 2016

What?

Too soon?

If Benghazi sinks Hillary’s chances of ever being president then I will be convinced that some good can come of it after all.

Rand/West!

Douche vs. Turd Sandwich = Status quo.

We probably wont even have elections in '16.

Crap! You beat me to it.

Too early? No, it may be too late. The GOP needs to get on the right side of demographics and fucking fast.

You’re assuming there will be an election in 2016? I don’t think so.

Not that it will not be, but it is a very strong possibility that it might.

Amazing how times change.

A few years ago M4arc if you’d made that statement I would’ve said you drank the nut job kool aid.

Now I ask the same question.

In a way, we’re already there.

Romney was just a Democrat for all intents and purposes. After trouncing Mike Dukakis and John Kerry with relative conservatives, the GOP decides to run its own Eastern Liberal?

Anyone care to predict the condition of the Republican party in 4 years?

Will it suddenly have the minorities thrust forward, or will the Tea Party be talking about “remember when we were Replublicans?”

Went to bed early last night and woke up to a re-installed Marxist regime. Words cannot describe how disappointed I am in the American people to vote this guy back into office. To turn a blind eye to all the failures of this administration, empty promises, no job creation, over regulation, deception, higher taxes, higher debt, wasteful spending, & choosing to ignore the facts, is completely irresponsible. We are a nation of fools following the prince of fools. Adolf Hitler was voted into office with a overwhelming majority, and look how well that turned out. We as a country, just committed political suicide. Thanks for the higher taxes come January, the gutting of our military through sequestration and destroying our way of life. Our collective personal misery index (lack of jobs, higher taxes, less income, food, firearms and ammo) just went into high gear. Good bye America, it was nice knowing you…

Anybody but a RHINO.

If anything, the Tea Party sat this one out and it showed. I hardly saw ANYTHING with Tea Party support except the local levels and a good many on the House.

They did not hold up to 2010. If they have had, this might have been a lot closer if not a win. (hell, it was close anyways).

I’m expecting a coronation in 2016, not an election.

You guys are assuming this forum is going to be around in 2016…they will make sure it’s illegal to discuss firearms and have a free thought other than the way they think.

If we have an election in 2016, I nominate Brad Eric Scheler (Unk).

I just Google’d “Best bankruptcy lawyer in USA” and his name popped up so I figured it’d work.

Best summary that I heard yet of this election along with the impact of Obama being reelected.

Out with RINOs.
We need to return to a system of limited government and the Bill of Rights. The things the government is NOT allowed to do, not what they’re allowed to shaft you with. Inalienable rights that existed before the BoR had to be written to legally protect them.

Chris Christie couldn’t cater to Obama fast enough for the govt. intervention in the Sandy crisis. I understand accepting help and support but he didn’t have to get on his knees to kiss The Emperor’s hand. I think his inability to breathe properly has deprived his brain of oxygen for too long. If he, Romney, or any other RINO win the primary in 2016 all hope is lost. If Santorum or a Bible thumper win we’re also done.

The Right can’t win on social issues anymore. People are voting for less restriction on drugs and gay rights – some of the deciding factors for the youth and minority vote. The government shouldn’t be intruding by telling us more and more things we can’t do. Far too many Tea Party citizens and Representatives fall into the social conservative group. Saying they want less government but wanting to pass more and more laws which usually make people want to break the law more. RINOs shouldn’t be pandering to anyone promising anti-drug, anti-gay, or anti-anything laws.

People can be sooooooo dramatic.

I have this feeling that we’ll get stuck to the status quo. I’m not sure that Obama, and Biden are smart enough, or organized enough to move this country in any direction, let alone the direction they want to take it.

Maybe four more years of the same, maybe not. I’m not sure if O has the stones to issue EOs without fear of the repercussions but who knows  He made it clear all bets were off after the election.
