Wonder why Marlin stopped production of these?
In my opinion…no better time than NOW to bring the 9 & 45 back…especially the 45 and use Glock mags. Man Id buy one asap.

I had a camp 45 back then, sold it. Yes, it took 1911 mags. I mostly used those 11rd mags that were plentiful then. Had a red dot on it.
I’d forgotten, but I had one of those maadi aks. That was a crappy stock, didn’t stay on long. Got it real cheap, front sight was canted, and if you looked down the receiver, it was curved, a long gentle curve the whole length. Straightened the sight, it ran like any and every other AK, never missed a beat.
I actually didn’t much care for the FAL, until one came in to work on. The more I handled it, the more I liked it. Built am stg 58 on an entreprise receiver. Friends liked it, built a bunch for them. Picked up an imbel receiver inch gun, and built a custom shorter version, perhaps the only midlength gas FAL, with another inch pattern rifle. It was halfway between standard, and dsa’s shorty gas system. Ended up selling them all.
Had a 20" MAK90, with the bipod, and receiver mounted scope mount. Couple of the 75rd drums, it was a beast.
