I bought a VTAC flashlight mount from GT distributors in Rossville over the weekend. I was mounting my flashlight in it this morning and must have over-torqued the allen bolt. The plastic snapped, but the mount was still stable. I emailed VTAC Customer Service and told them what happened and asked if it was covered under warranty since I had, in fact, caused the problem. In 12 minutes I got a phone call, an RMA number and a replacement is on its way. All was covered under their warranty.
I just wanted to say that I was VERY impressed with the speed and understanding of VTAC.
