Hey LAV, I’m no stranger to T1, already have them on most of my AR’s. I’m building an SBR at the moment and already got the DD irons and T1 mount on its way.
Now I just wonder if you have any particular reasons why you like mounting yours sort of in the middle of the upper receiver, as on my others I usually mount them at the very end of the upper (towards the muzzle). Thought you may choose to do so as you could get a better field of view when you look through the irons or some reasons like that…
