I can’t decide if I should contact PSA or if this is acceptable.

Edit: I just realized this is in the wrong forum, sorry about that.

Looking at a BCM bcg there is not enough metal moved to the screw. It might just be the pic, but that’s what it looks like to me.

I’d have to say it’s not adequate, I don’t see how it will stop the screw from rotating. Close, but no cigar.

I did search on google and arf and it was so close I couldn’t decide.

+1 it needs to be staked better. you could do it yourself if you have the tools. If not I would return it and get a new one.

I have the tools, I also need to stake my castlenut too just never done it.

I am no AR expert, but I would say no. The staking doesn’t appear to be contacting the screws.
