First, have you tried contacting Arsenal about the issue? It is standard procedure on this forum that if you are having an issue with a factory rifle that you contact the manufacturer to see what they will do to help you. Customer service departments and warranties both exist for the purpose of addressing product issues so you should probably be directing your questions toward those avenues.
