My prayers are with you and your family.
When I have a problem and need to remind myself, I like to remember this verse: Matthew 17:20
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
God will take care of it.
From my family to yours, prayers to get you through this. Remember, no matter what, God can and will work in your life. Sometimes he has to discipline us as a father would any child and understanding this is rough for us. Just keep asking Him to show you the way.
Everyone thank you for praying for me and my family. Things are starting to look up. The past five weeks have been very hard on me, depression is a nasty illness and can bring anyone their knees.
Today has been a good day for me. Every day is different with ups and downs. But it seems that the days are getting better. I never knew this kind of illness could affect anyone. I’ve always had a few screws loose but this hit me hard. ![]()
Thanks for listening and the prayers. May God bless you and yours this holiday.
Joe
Having dealt with depression issues before, I can tell you that one of the most difficult things for me was even wanting to reach out. Good on you that you had the strength to do so. Praise God, for He is with you in the calm and in the storm.
I’m new here and don’t know any of you. But I to know that prayer works. We had some serious medical problems with my youngest daughter soon after she was born, and then again (completely seperate issue) when she was three.
Faith in God and Jesus our savior is the only thing that got us through!
I am happy to say that we had our LAST checkup in July. She has abolutely no problems ( that any other 13 year old doesn’t have  )
Prayer and faith, my friend!
We should all take a few minutes every day and say a little prayer for each other, God and Country!
Mine will be with you. You are right, depression can be a pain, there has been some in my family (that and worse). With support your family can overcome it.
Merry Christmas and may the New Year bring peace and harmony in your lives
Keep the faith Joe, and Happy New Year to You and Your’s…
Godspeed, Marty…
Boom,
Brother I could tell you stories, so don’t feel alone and keep the faith. You are in our prayers and draw strength and courage from the Lord. You’ll get through this, been there, done that, and it often feels like it doesn’t stop but definitely don’t give up nor give in.

I’m sorry I don’t see this thread sooner. But my family and I will pray for you. I hope this new year turns a better stone for you and your family. Dude keep your head up:)
