Woman gets pulled over for a suspended license and the asp trooper begins the play up to get the felony drug bust, but screws up and forgets about one of his in car camera angles.
Charge him, convict him, mandatory death penalty would be appropriate I think.
Same here, but the powers that be in Arkansas don’t seem to have much of a problem with it.
Once they decide they’re going to “Get You”, you are playing a very dangerous game that you really can’t Win.
I think once you get that “Stink” on you, you have to go. Leave the County or better yet, the entire State.
Yes, the Cop is a “Dirty Cop” but, if you want a “Life of Crime” you just need to expect that this could happen.
We look at a “Suspended Licence” Charge but, we have no ideea what the original charge was that was later pled down to “Suspended Licence”. Who knows maybe this Cop was trying to wrongly get his “Pound of Flesh”.
I’m just Saying that if you want to do Crime, you have to expect somewhere along the line someone’s going to “Crime” right back at you.
It obviously could have been on her, but the trooper’s actions(and the higher ups at least partially supporting his actions) brings up the possibility that her suspended license was via fabrication also.
I don’t know what the Beef was, but again I fall back to; “Once they decide to “Get You” you are playing a dangerous game that you really can’t Win.”
Generally Cops don’t pick someone up at random and just decide to ruin their Lives.So If you’ve drawn some sort of bad attention to yourself, maybe you need to hop on the next Greyhound seriously.
There is likely some sort of small town “I’m going to get you Back BS” going on here.
Dirty Cops? Yes there have always been dirty Cops, but like I said if you want to break the Law, be prepared for Dirty Cops.
I hear you there. It always seem to be the same guys that are getting “hassled” by the cops. I’ve seen it personally in my life (not me - acquaintances). Why does it always happen to you? Hmmm…maybe that should be further analyzed from a personal perspective and fixed. I’m not saying what the cop did was right, but seriously, you play that game long enough, don’t bitch when you lose.
So what about the other Arkansas cops/prosecutors/judges et al involved?
Why no interest in making an arrest over possessing a substantial amount of cocaine with the purpose to deliver?
https://law.justia.com/codes/arkansas/title-5/subtitle-6/chapter-64/subchapter-4/section-5-64-420/
(a) Except as provided by this chapter, it is unlawful if a person possesses methamphetamine, heroin, or cocaine with the purpose to deliver the methamphetamine, heroin, or cocaine. Purpose to deliver may be shown by any of the following factors:
(1) The person possesses the means to weigh, separate, or package methamphetamine, heroin, or cocaine;
(3) The methamphetamine, heroin, or cocaine is separated and packaged in a manner to facilitate delivery;
(4) The person possesses a firearm that is in the immediate physical control of the person at the time of the possession of methamphetamine, heroin, or cocaine;
And the Cop and the Police Agency that covered it up are guilty and need to go to jail.
Clearly all of the above were actually carried out by Law Enforcement. Where did it come from, Likely the evidence room.
They were guilty the minute thar stuff left the door.
But What I’m just asking is “Why would the Cops go to all of this Trouble for this particular Lady?”
You know this type of stuff doesn’t happen in a vacume.
When it come to Political Corruption, these Guys have the right idea.
https://newspapers.ph/2025/01/firing-squad-for-corrupt-government-officials-proposed/
A bill has been filed that aims to impose the death penalty by firing squad on government officials convicted of corruption and related crimes.
House Bill No. 11211, introduced by Zamboanga City Representative Khymer Adan Olaso, seeks to address corruption, which continues to be a major obstacle to the Philippines’ growth. Olaso believes that despite the existence of many laws against corruption, they are not sufficient to prevent these crimes.
He had apparently done something similar at least once before because he had something going on at home and had a bad attitude, but no clue what that involved because ASP redacted it.
I guess good(or at least better than many agencies) on the supervisor for not entirely helping with the lies, but he still should have popped him for possessing the crack with the purpose to deliver.
You know, this being his second time, I wouldn’t feel bad about him spending Life in Jail. I don’t know what Life would amount to in GP for a dirty Cop, but that’s where he needs to be.
He’s not even sorry he did it, just sorry he got caught.
Just how do we hold anyone accountable for anything as long as Jack Smith is breathing outside the walls of a Federal Prison, I will never know.
That’s a dirty Cop at the Top and he just keeps on rolling.
