Does a person have to have 30 or more posts before you can place an add if you have something for sale, is this correct??, thanks.

crap, been here for a year but just do not have 30 posts, I would think membership time would be a important role as well, thanks, rules are rules, but I will get there at some point:(
my bad, it appears that I have 52 posts, so I should be able to use the for sale forum then!!, thanks and I must be blinder than a bat.
