Does anyone have any experience with Pistol Dynamics? What are your thoughts about their weapons?
You won’t find many people who own one of their guns. For the better part of a decade I was a full custom 1911 whore and I only saw one during that time. It was well executed but their style wasn’t to my tastes. The one gun I did see shot well but no better than any higher end 1911.

his pistols are right up there with any of the top smith’s etc. Known & reputed for accuracy, reliability, precise machining etc.
I have shot them and owned a few in my 35+ years of shooting 1911’s.
Paul is known in smithy circles as one one of the best.
While it’s difficult to remain objective because of personal preferrences, people’s undisclosed agenda’s etc. I would not even attempt to place him on a numerical list. You will get many different opinions of rankings etc. We can’t even agree in our GOV on what is best for the United States.
You will see them for sale occasionally on GB or other high end consignment vendors.

Thanks for the posts, I have twin Novak series 70’s colts, and I was looking around for another 1911.
Paul’s one of the very top smith’s in the country. He’s not as well known as some because he spent 10 years running the S&W Performance Center.
Never seen one outside of the gun rags but, as others have stated, they are said to be as good as anyone and better than most.
I would like to give you first-hand knowledge but they are too rich for my blood.
