Mike- I work as police officer at a department where we have a choice between 9mm, 40 and 45 ACP. The popular choice is 45 ACP.
I currently carry a tuned 1911, but recently have been considering switching to a Glock 19 for both uniform and off-duty carry.
My question is do you see any appreciable difference between 9mm, 40 S&W and 45 ACP?
Our issued ammo is Federal HST 124gr +P 9mm, 155gr 40 S&W and 230gr 45 ACP.
