So I recently ordered an 14.5" upper with a pinned bcm a2x to bring it to the legal length of 16". All was well witj the upper at the range today through 150rds. In cleaning it afterwards, the flashhider is now loose, like it’s not completely torqued down. I unfortunately can’t find my wrench set in the garage tonight to see if I could actually remove it.
Question to you guys-how concerned should I be that a pinned muzzle device is loose?
Call BCM. They will fix you up.
I had a BCM with the same issue. I had to send it back to them.

Ftrooper-did you actually get the same upper back with the FH/MB reattached correctly?
I ask because I just zereoed everthing today amd actually shot more accurately out of the 14.5" barrel than I have out of 16"s in the past, so I’d actually prefer to somehow keep the same upper in tact.
A loose muzzle device can negatively affect accuracy. Call BCM, I bet you $1K that they will send you a return label ASAP.
Please contact BCM in accordance with the site rules to resolve the issue.
