Mr. Hayes and his good friend Joshua Komisarjevsky (com es ar yev skee), here,
are the two wonderful gentlemen who took it upon themselves to stake out a grocery store in an upper class conn. neighborhood, and follow a pretty wife and her two pretty daughters back to their home. Upon forced entry into the residence, they beat the father with a baseball bat, raped and murdered the wife, chained the daughters to their beds and raped both- then, while they still lived, raped and badly beaten, they poured gasoline around them and set the house to blaze. autopsy report indicated they both died of smoke inhalation- we can only hope before the fire reached them.
the father lived. much to his dismay, i’m sure.
both men were caught as they fled.
mr hayes was found guilty of the murders, the rapes, the beatings and the home invasion, but was acquitted of arson, for some reason, this morning. he will face the same jury later this week, where they will decide whether to sentence him to 20 years of appeals and millions of tax dollars spent before dying in his cell (the death pentalty), or just life in prison.
Mr. Komisarjevsky will face trial later this year.
I guess he was not convicted of arson because he did not strike the match. The other guy did. Jury asked for clarification on that matter yesterday.
Its just frustrating that it will take forever to kill this guy. I wish they could have just taken him out back immediatly after the trial and put a bullet int he back of his head.

This type of crime calls for restraining the convicted, removing internal organs without anesthesia, putting them into a basket and burning them in front of their eyes.
Stick(s) of dynamite up their ass with a long fuse. Douse them in gasoline and set them on fire in a room with 1000 fire extinguishers and tell them that only one works (even though none of them do, they are all filled with pepper spray).
Smoke inhalation from their burning flesh, general ‘well doneness’ or a tnt enema- I don’t care which gets them.

or use anesthesia on their legs and arms first then beat them to a pulp ! the shock of knowing whats happening and your body cant go into physical trauma type shock as the anesthesia wears off the pain will come in quite a bit stronger that way

My mind can not comprehend actions like this. To not only take a life but to do it in such an obscene way. I won’t call them animals because animals would not do this to their own kind.
The things that I feel should be done to these two creatures is not suitable for this board.
Sometimes, crimes are so heinous that in simply satisfying the requirements for justice, justice itself is left undone.
Executing an entire family in such an sadistic, cruel way cannot and should not be repaid by simply taking a life. Rather, those responsible should endure the same anguish, pain, and suffering to a greater degree than they inflicted it upon others. And once they have endured that, then they should be executed.
Unusual punishment only applies when the punishment does not fit the crime. In the case of these men, I truly believe no punishment would be too horrific for them to endure.
I am not a violent man. In fact, if you knew me, you’d probably think I don’t even own firearms. But men like these spark a righteous hate in me so deep that, if it was legally up to me, there is nothing I wouldn’t do to these men to right the wrongs they have done. They are trash and should be treated like literal trash in every sense of the word.
There are some things so heinous and evil in this world that allowing it to live or flourish is a detriment to the rest of society as a whole. I for am a law abiding citizen, a good father/husband and LEO. However if such an occurrence and tragedy struck my family and soul, my will to continue would probably be lost or absent. I for one don’t know the type of reaction I would have or take upon myself to deal out “my” justice. I will say though if this man did take it upon himself to deal the justice these scum so richly deserve, I would be hard pressed to fault him for it. I would hope the DA’s office would take into consideration the emotional strain he has undergone and rule his actions justifiable under crime of passion/ mental incapacity.
i’m of the belief there’s nothing we can do to these guys on earth that they’ll even remember once they meet their doom in hell. all torture would do is darken the soul of the torturer.

The Russians in WW2 would not waste ammunition on such crimes. They used to hammer a spent cartridge case in at the base of the skull.
