Right now I’m undecided on getting an 11.5", 12.5", and 12.5" kino upper. My current rifle is a 16" middy with a 12" rail so I know I want a longer handguard over 7". My options as I see it are getting the 11.5" with shaved FSB or low pro gas block, 12.5" kino, and now the normal 12.5" but with the DD Omega X FSP rail.
Looks like he had to lop off a bit of that Omega to get the can to clear.

I’ve often wondered whether that DD rail would work, so that I could mount a Switchblock on my Noveske 12.5" barrel. The bolt in the front was my primary concern, along with whether there would be enough clearance for an AAC M4-2000.
Sounds like something a good machine shop could handle.
