I have a Innovative Arms W.A.R. upper receiver with FN 10.5" CHF CL barrel with Troy TRX Extreme 9" rail with extra rail sections I would like to trade for a FACTORY Colt 11.5" upper with carry handle, with OR without bolt carrier assembly. I have well over $1k invested.
