Pick One sell the others!!! help

ok im downsizing my gun collection to free up some money. im down to picking my pistol, im keeping one maybe 2.i do have my ccw so take that into consideration, i want a good overall gun, thats accurate, fun to shoot at range and easy to carry heres what i have
sa lw champion operator.45
glock 26
hk usp 9c

Keep the 9mms, dump the .45

That’s what I ended up doing myself.

If you are needing to “free up money”, keep the 9mms.

I went to only 9mm for financial reasons as well. However, I also suggest that you evaluate which pistol you shoot the best and take that into consideration as well.

I am all 9mm for budgetary reasons myself.

Kept a 1911 but it mostly plays host to a .22 kit. Haven’t had any .45 ammo around in almost half a year now.

Out of the 3 you have listed…I’d keep the G26.

Keep both 9s if possible, the 26 if just one. Should be pretty good option for a practical shooter as well as CC. Other then that you should be able to cut down costs just not running 45s and sticking with 9MMs.

Just as a thought, you could sell the HK and the operator and replace them with a Glock 17, 19 or 34.

That way you would have some parts commonality between your weapons, and training commonality.

In a pinch, you can also use the magazines from the bigger Glocks in your Glock 26.

I bet you could sell the HK and the SA to buy all three other glock 9mm models…that is what I would do but then again I like my Glocks. Which gun can you run the best? That should heavily weigh in on your decision.

If it were me i would sell the glock and keep the other two, if funds allow it.

Keep the Glock, sell the rest.

Keep the USP. It will last forever and you don’t have to worry about Glock cheeping out on parts, etc down the road.

Keep the Glock or HK (whichever you prefer) and sell the others. Personally, I would keep the Glock.

Personally I have never been able to part with any of my stock. Come close several times, just too damned sentimental. But to your question I would keep the 9’s but if only one the USP

What one would you hate to sell the most?

What one do you shoot the best?

What one is the most reliable?

One one would you be most likely to carry?

I’ve been doing the same thing off and on for the last year and half, Pared my rifle “collection” (as in rifles I no longer shoot, in a few cases, haven’t shot in years) from 27, down to 13…(I’ve got two, possibly three, to get rid of yet) I’ve gotten rid of a few pistols as well, most recently, a series 1 Kimber, had’nt shot it in about 3years, don’t miss it a bit…Keep what you shoot the best, sell whatever you no longer use/want…I’ll have to admit, it was refreshing getting rid of rifles, handguns that I no longer used/wanted…

guess ill go load them up and do a test shoot tom see what my body likes best.

Sounds smart to me…maybe the question will answer itself!

I have been thinning the herd also and have focused my efforts on the common, affordable calibers as the keepers. I prefer a .45 but I’d rather shoot a 9mm often than not shoot something else?

If you can only keep one, I recommend the USP. It’s a good all around pistol. It’s accurate, durable and extremely reliable. The Glock 26 to me is a great concealment pistol, but IMO not really good for much else. I like the .45 round, but compared to 9mm, it’s a lot more expensive to shoot, so that would eliminate the 1911.
