For resizing batches of images? What do you guys prefer?

There are a few different programs you can use that are pretty simple. Microsoft image resizer from their âpower toysâ collection is the easiest and most convenient that Iâve ever seen.

I use this, but I think it only works on XP (or used to).
I have something I use at home as well but I need to get in front of that computer to remember what it is.
The powertoys are neat.
The one Iâve used lately a lot is the Windows Live Photo Gallery just right-click and resize. Will do batches as well. This and the powertoys are free downloads.
Adobe Lightroom comes highly suggested from this end! The learning curve is not to steep, and it is perfect for the average non-professional to do pretty advanced alterations to their photographs while not pulling their hair out at the same time.
I remember when Lightroom came out that some of my friends were using Appleâs Aperture. It was cheaper I guess, and did mostly the same thing. If you have an Intel Apple this may be worth looking into too.

Fotosizer is a freeware batch image resizer tool. It resizes your photos in just 3 easy steps - 1. Photo selection, 2. select resize settings, then 3. Start the resize!

i have lightroom, and cs3. despite the apparent ease of use of LR, i still get lost, but realize itâs power and potential.
stickman, you have some really nice work. i like those shots you have with the colored lighting, pretty trick.
