The whole thing is good, explaining what happened to his video review of Burlington, VT(including a mention of black lives matter along with full on crime), but a part that caught my attention was mentioning Burlington allowing voting for city offices by non-resident college students.
Actually, more extreme than that since(somewhat surprisingly) non-residents can run for local offices.
An interesting thing to look at considering the fairly widespread war against criticism of officials and their actions/policies across the US.
