I found this link from another forum I’m on, and after clearing it with a mod, I am posting it here.

They are going to provide a free pelican case to a veteran who has unfortunately lost a limb in combat.

Pelican is offering a Protector Case to the men and women who have sacrificed greatly while protecting the freedoms we hold dear. Perhaps you have seen our cases on the battlefield and are familiar with their durability and protective capabilities. The Protector Case is designed to protect and transport your valuable prosthetics, and to serve as a small gesture of our tremendous gratitude and deepest respect.

The following criteria must be met in order to participate in the program:
Participants in the program must have been injured while serving in the United States military in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) or Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF)

Offer valid thru 12/31/10

We’re doing a chemo run to Walter Reed on Friday.

Is it okay if I give this info to the staff that works with the wounded warriors up there?

I would think so, Pelican has it up on their site and such.

There are some companies out there who do honestly want to try and do the right thing. I think this is one of them. Very simple ‘requirements’ as far on who is eligible, and the fact it only runs to 12/31/10 may have to do for tax reasons.
