Seriously though, for anyone who thinks the US is on the brink of becoming a third world nation, THIS is the kind of REQUIRED utter stupidity that would be necessary.
First, the bird is going to repeat the same phrase to anyone and everyone.
Second, they actually brought a veterinarian in to “communicate with the parrot” without comprehending that the bird doesn’t actually comprehend the words and phrases it repeats.
Third, I’m actually impressed they didn’t bring in a psychic medium.
