Nope, standard A1 carry handle…you might be seeing the brass ejecting next to the front of the carry handle.
Besides being full auto? (Maybe it’s not, but who can tell?)

The handguard/vertical grip is completely funky. It looks like there some additional “thing” running the length of the handguard that the vertical grip is attached to - hard to see clearly with the sling there.
Edited to add: Is that a light/grip combo that is on backwards?

Usually, saying that someone can get by without the accessories means they know what they are about.
Given the history of Palestinian resistance, I think they could use the accessories…
